Hi my name is Tatiana Chance. I am a sophomore Elementary Education major and I'm from Sioux Falls, South Dakota. I start my day off by going to the theater classes, and I get to enjoy myself and express myself. I then go to my "ACTS" executive board meetings which is Augustana Collaborative Theatre Society. With ACTS, I am the Public Relations Manager so I work on getting the word out about what ACTS does. Soon after that, I go to the admissions office and work as a Student Ambassador giving tours to all the prospective students. I think it is so important for students to visit campus, you really get to know what the community feels like, you get to feel the warmth of other people, and it really is an enriching experience. As an Education major, I take education classes. I love my education professors, they are so loving and they really teach hands-on classes and I love being able to have that type of experience. After I get done with my schoolwork I head over to my part time job at Escape 605 Escape Rooms and Axe Throwing. I work there as an Expert and a Game Master. I teach people how to throw axes and lock people in escape rooms. And then I also love to go downtown to go sightseeing. I see the sculpture walk, Washington pavilion, and many amazing restaurants.
