So the Student Success Center's goal is to help students achieve theirs. So to do that we provide personalized support from the point of entry. So students are immediately engaged with applied learning opportunities both on campus and in our community. We are very lucky to be situated in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, which is again and again ranked at the top of the list nationally for its economic growth, and the way that its opportunities propel people's careers. Students can get connected to Fortune 500 Companies such as Citibank, Wells Fargo, award-winning health care organizations, a large diverse school district, and humanitarian nonprofit organizations that are transforming society. Sioux Falls is very well known for its health care community. And one of the things that is a really big advantage of the area is that we have two magnet-certified hospitals here in Sioux Falls. Being magnet-certified means that they are well known for their high-quality nursing care, and that is a great place for students to learn. They also gain experience in our simulation lab in addition to in the skills lab. Employers are looking for nursing students that can really critically think and give high-quality safe patient care. That's the education that our Augustana nurses have when they graduate.
